Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Industrial Outbound

The Role (What You’ll Do)
- Run high-volume outbound calls to maintenance, operations, purchasing, and engineering leaders at manufacturers and OEM suppliers.
- Qualify real due-date needs and hand off clean Accepted Passes (right role, real need, ≤30-day due date, and next step secured — files received or quoting call booked).
- Capture light notes, attach files/links if provided, and follow the handoff checklist.
- Improve weekly via QA feedback + call recording reviews (we audit 10–20% of calls).
- Work fully remote in the US with daily stand-ups in Discord (dialer + data provided).
Experience Requirements
- 1–2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, cold caller, inside sales, or telemarketing).
- Proven ability to make 50–100+ dials per day and stay consistent with activity targets.
- Experience using a CRM or dialer (PhoneBurner, Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar).
- Comfort engaging with technical or industrial buyers (manufacturing, automation, B2B equipment, or related industries preferred).
- Strong written + verbal communication skills — ability to build quick rapport and qualify prospects.
- Basic familiarity with email + LinkedIn outreach tools (Apollo, Sales Navigator, or similar).
- Prior exposure to manufacturing, engineering services, or supply chain sales.

Compensation (1099 Contractor) + Benefits
- $28/hr base pay
- Commission on closed deals
- Residuals: Earn ongoing commission for 2–4 years on repeat client orders. Many customers keep returning — so every purchase generates passive income.
Schedule & Logistics
- Remote, flexible hours with compliance to quiet hours (no overnight/holiday dialing).
- You provide: quiet space, reliable internet, modern computer + headset.
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US as a 1099/W9 contractor.
Nature of the Role
- This is a part-time 1099 contractor role. Most SDRs work 15–25 hours per week depending on pod assignments. Hours are flexible (within compliance rules), but you will not be working full-time schedules.
- Synapse deploys you into client-facing sales pods — but you’re never on your own. We provide the lists, dialer, scripts, training, QA, and management support. Your focus is dialing, qualifying prospects, and handing off clean passes. Our job is to train you, manage performance, and set you up to succeed.
Compliance & Standards
We follow DNC/TCPA rules, call-recording notices, state quiet hours, and internal QA protocols.
